Our reasons for wanting to be a delegate

We believe we should be able to apply our experience and expertise that we have gained through the active involvements in various DAOs including dYdX, Arbitrum, Optimism, Lido and Uniswap, to the governance of the ZKsync protocol and ecosystem.

We also believe that the future of the crypto infrastructure and middleware is certainly built on top of the ZK technology that ZKsync and other upcoming protocols/projects have utilized and we are excited to contribute to the governance of the protocol in various ways.

My view on the ZK Credo:

We share the principles provided in the ZK Credo as they are similar to the one provided by Ethereum that we are aligned with. we value the declared collective actions and are aligned with the notion of contributing to the pragmatic approach to the decentralization.

Our skills + areas of expertise:

Tané is formed with a group of crypto-native product builders, based in Tokyo, Dubai and New York. We are backed by SoftBank, and Japanese tech giants like DeNA, GREE, MIXI, and closely work with the big Japanese enterprises and have great relationship with Japanese crypto communities.

Our network operation entity started directly contributing to the ecosystem by being validators for the core infrastructures and protocols that make the crypto ecosystem move forward and contributors to the DAOs that manage them. We have been active in dYdX, Arbitrum, Optimism, Lido, and Uniswap as of June, 2024.

Takeshi, Head of Network Operations, who has over 16+ years of experience in the tech industries as he worked for Twitter as a software engineer and for SmartNews, a Japanese unicorn startup that provides a news aggregation mobile app with 30M MAU as a product manager, is the main representative of the account.

Disclosures/Conflicts:

We are one of Top 100 delegates in Optimism Collective and an active delegate in Arbitrum DAO. Our investment arm has invested in a number of projects, which would potentially have some conflict of interests in particular occasions. We will specifically declare them and take appropriate actions when they occur.
